Talk Radio for John Cage is a piece conceived by Kurt Gottschalk for free103point9's "120 Hours for John Cage" broadcast marathon. The piece tribute both to Cage’s groundbreaking use of indeterminacy and chance operation in the composing as well as his use of radios in place of musical instruments. It is structured after Cage's groundbreaking composition "Radio Music," replacing the radio parts with published texts about Cage's use of radios.
